• Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (800)606-4947 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• Cancellations made within 1 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
• In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.

Rooms/Packages: Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Credit card information is taken to guarantee reservation; no charge will be incurred for regular room reservations until guest check-out. Regular room reservations cancelled after 4:00 PM on the day of check-in will incur a penalty charge equaling the cost of the first night's stay plus any taxes and services fees.

Packages with Tickets: Reservation & Cancellation Policies

A non-refundable $100 deposit will be charged at time of booking for theme park packages; the remaining balance will be charged 24 hours prior to the arrival date. If the package is cancelled later than 48 hours prior to arrival, the guest will be charged for one nights's stay plus tax (the $100 deposit taken at time of reservation will be applied to this penalty charge).

Service Fees

A service fee of $11.20 (includes service tax) per night will be charged to each reservation. Regular room reservations include the service fee in the final reservation total; package reservations do not reflect this service charge.
