Reservation & Payment Policies:

• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (888)356-9169 and specify that you booked your reservation online.

• For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.
• In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.
• Prices and Room type availability are subject to availability.
• Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

Helpful Information:

You may cancel or change your hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation fee indicated in the Cancellation Policy or, if any change is requested, a $15.oo Change Fee for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period, you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, special offers do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the Cancellation Policy for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your reservation.
